Princess Royal Trust for Carers - an evaluation of three projects funded by the Department of Health, we worked closely with the team delivering the projects and produced an internal action report and more traditional evaluation report for stakeholders and public use.
Cheshire West and Chester Council's Supporting People Needs Analysis - we worked closely with the SP team and helped them develop a range of tools including presenter surveys, service users questionnaires and online data collection linked to CBL.download
National Youth Reference Group evaluation - we carried out a rapid review of the work of the NYRG including interviews with a number of young people involved in the group.download
Kettering Council - peer-led research into services for young homeless people, we trained and supported 8 young homeless people as peer researchers to carry out a review of young people's experiences of using homelessness services in Kettering.download
Sandwell Homes redesign of Home Options services - we worked closely with both the Local Authority commissioners and providers of the home options service to help them design a new home options service based on outcomes and linked to an outcome based service level agreement.
2007 onwards - we have provided strategic and practical support to both the West and East Midlands Regional Homelessness Strategy Groups. In the West we undertook the refresh of the strategy and have carried out research projects including looking at the impact of the recession on vulnerable people at risk of homelessness in 2009. download
2008 onwards - we have offered training in support planning and keyworking to a variety of organizations and recently carried out extensive training with staff providing support services to older people in their own homes.
2010 onwards: Outcome Star™ training, we have provided training and support with implementation for a range of organizations using various versions of the outcome star.
2011 Outcome training for commissioners - most recently we have provided training for Staffordshire Substance misuse commissioners.
