Prior to becoming a consultant Paul worked for Social Care services and the NHS in a variety of posts including running Learning Disability Services and Mental Health Services in a county authority.
Paul has been a board member of a Housing Association and has been active in the third sector as a Trustee.
We specialize in helping organizations to think about Outcomes and how they can be applied in a practical way to creating change and solving problems.
Paul is a licensed Outcome Star Trainer™ and he has run sessions for service providers on a number of the variants of the Outcome Star.
Paul has completed the Social Return on Investment Practitioner Training Course run by the SROI Network International which is accredited by the Institute of Leadership Management.
