We do not have a "one size fits all" approach, we will learn about you and negotiate approaches that make the most sense for your organisation.

Learning and change:

If we help you and your staff to develop new skills and expertise then the process of change will continue after the initial work is completed. You are investing in both short term solutions and long term development.

Experience:

We have been working for 3 years and have undertaken a significant number of successful consultancy projects. Prior to that we all worked in either health or social care agencies and have a breadth of experience at all levels in those organisations, as direct service providers, strategic managers and planners. Some of us are also active in the voluntary sector outside of work as Board members and volunteers.
